Video Production

Construction Video Production in Seattle

Video production for construction showcases, legal marketing, and recruiting campaigns where the footage needs to explain quality, context, and the next step without relying on a template.

Best fit: project walkthroughs, finish-quality proof, recruiting clips, and campaign assets that need a clear role on the site.

003 / Overview

Video Built for a Specific Business Question

I produce video for businesses that need more than a sizzle reel. Every project starts with a strategic question: what should this video clarify, who needs to see it, and where will it live? The production follows the answer, not the other way around.

The work shown here spans social media campaigns for law firms, construction walkthrough videos for project galleries, and recruiting content designed to attract talent in competitive remote markets. Each video was produced to serve a specific business objective: market positioning, trust-building, or talent acquisition.

Clients work directly with Fabian Luna. There is no producer, account manager, or crew roster standing between the strategy conversation and the finished edit.

Where Construction Video Helps

Construction video is useful when still photography cannot show the whole story: how a finished space connects, how materials meet, how a remodel changes circulation, or how a detail feels at human scale. A walkthrough can make project quality easier to evaluate before a prospect reaches out.

For contractors, the most useful video assets are usually project walkthroughs, before-and-after edits, owner explanations, recruiting clips, and short vertical cuts for social channels. The right format depends on where the video will live: project gallery, service page, proposal, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, or paid social.

The Thornberg Construction example further down this page is the clearest construction fit: a custom living-space walkthrough that shows layout, finish quality, and spatial flow in a way static images cannot fully carry.

005 / Strategy

Strategy and Pre-Production

Every video engagement begins the same way the design and web work does: with a clear understanding of the business problem. A construction company needs to show finish quality and spatial design in a way that photographs cannot. A law firm needs to establish authority in a niche practice area before prospects ever pick up the phone. A recruiting campaign needs to sell the opportunity with the same energy used to sell the product.

Pre-production defines the message, the tone, and the specific placements the footage needs to serve before a camera is involved. That scope is agreed before filming begins so the production stays aligned with the business objective, not just the shot list.

006 / Production

Production and Editing

I handle concept development, production, and post-production directly. For businesses that already have a brand identity built by Green Lake Digital, the video work extends the existing design language: same typography, same color system, same editorial voice. For new clients, the video often becomes the starting point for a broader brand conversation.

Editing is built around the placement the footage is meant for, whether that is a long-form gallery walkthrough or a short vertical cut for social channels. The goal is a finished edit that reads as intentional, not a raw clip trimmed down to fit.

007 / Deliverables

Deliverables and Usage

Finished projects are delivered as web-ready video files sized for the placements agreed at the start of the project: a project gallery page, a service page, a social platform, or a proposal. Scope, format, and where the footage may be used are defined for each project rather than assumed.

Video work can support a website, a service page, a social campaign, or a presentation where production supports that use. It is not positioned as a guaranteed ranking or lead-generation mechanism on its own.

008 / Process

Clarify, Concept, Produce, Deliver

  • 01

    Clarify

Identify what the video needs to explain, who needs to see it, and where it will live before any concept work starts.

  • 02

    Concept

Develop the strategic direction: message, tone, and the role the video plays in the wider brand or campaign.

  • 03

    Produce

Film and edit the piece, extending the existing brand language for current clients or establishing it for new ones.

  • 04

    Deliver

Hand off web-ready and platform-ready cuts with a clear scope of what each file is licensed and sized for.

010 / Fit

Who This Video Service Is For

This service is for businesses that need a specific video asset tied to a real business question: proving finish quality on a completed project, establishing authority in a legal niche before a call comes in, or selling an opportunity to recruits in a competitive market. The work is strategy, production, and editing in one direct engagement.

It is not a fit for businesses looking for a large production crew, a stock-footage sizzle reel, or a guarantee of views, rankings, or leads from a single video. Scope, format, and placement are agreed before filming begins.

Clients work directly with Fabian Luna. If the project would benefit from a broader identity or website conversation alongside the video, that scope is discussed as its own phase, not assumed.
