Ownership
Firm-controlled accounts and reporting history
002 / Dashboard evidence
The dashboard below runs on demonstration data, not a real client's numbers. It uses the same reporting structure, labels, and reporting periods a firm would see once its own accounts are connected.
Fictional demonstration data
All figures shown here are illustrative. They do not represent Green Lake Digital or any client.
This public dashboard uses synthetic data for a fictional sample law firm. It is not connected to a client analytics account.
AI Assistant Referral Performance covers identifiable referral traffic and lead actions from recognized AI assistant hosts only.
Some AI-influenced visits may appear as direct traffic or another source and therefore cannot be attributed reliably. This dashboard does not measure or claim to measure prompts, citations, unclicked mentions, or all AI influence.
003 / Reporting questions
004 / Why it matters
A polished marketing report is not useful if the attorney cannot tell what counted as a lead, which reporting period was compared, whether the firm can verify the numbers, or what cannot be concluded from them.
005 / What it connects
Not every firm uses every source. The setup begins by confirming access and defining what can be measured accurately.
01 / 04
Submitted contact forms and phone-number clicks are counted separately when the website tracking is configured correctly.
02 / 04
Shows how people use the website, including visits and properly configured contact actions.
03 / 04
Shows how often the website appears in unpaid Google Search and how often people click.
04 / 04
Google Sheets prepares consistent reporting periods and Looker Studio displays the dashboard the firm can open and review.
Google does not sponsor or endorse this service.
006 / Qualification and fit
The setup price depends on the website, account access, and whether the lead tracking underneath the report can be trusted. These are the four current starting paths.
01 / 04
This is usually the lowest-cost setup path because the website, accounts, and essential tracking already exist.
$450
Up to six hours at $75 per hour
02 / 04
This requires more work than a direct dashboard setup because the numbers underneath the report must be checked before they can be trusted.
$600
Up to eight hours at $75 per hour
03 / 04
This path includes the dashboard plus the work required to add or repair the Google and lead tracking needed for a useful report.
$900
Up to twelve hours at $75 per hour
04 / 04
This is the most extensive starting path because it includes the website, essential tracking, and dashboard setup.
$2,400
Up to 32 hours at $75 per hour

Step 1 of 5
007 / Ownership and limits
Past activity cannot be recreated when tracking did not exist. Completed-call reporting requires a separate call-tracking source. Consultation, retained-client, revenue, and case-value information remain in the firm's intake, case-management, or financial records.
008 / Setup
01 / REVIEW
Review Google Analytics and Search Console access, existing contact tracking, and the reports the firm currently receives.
02 / CONFIRM
Confirm account ownership, metric definitions, submitted-form tracking, phone-click tracking, and any historical gaps.
03 / CONNECT
Prepare the historical and current-month reporting views, connect the reporting layer, and validate the main totals.
04 / HAND OVER
Explain what the dashboard can prove, what it cannot prove, and how the firm keeps access and documentation after setup.
009 / Fit
It may not be the right fit for a firm that needs a complete intake platform, call center, case-management system, advertising management service, or financial reporting system. Paid advertising, call tracking, Google Business Profile reporting, and other outside data sources are evaluated separately when reliable access exists.
010 / Common questions
No. It gives the firm a clearer way to review website and unpaid Google Search activity. The firm can use it while working with an agency, consultant, internal employee, or no outside provider.
011 / Request setup
