Green Lake Digital is my own Seattle-based consultancy. This project is the brand identity and the platform that serves as its portfolio, case study library, and professional gateway, designed and built by me.
This is a self-authored project record, not an independent client review. It describes what I designed and built and what the site was intended to accomplish. It is not a claim of independent validation, traffic results, or third-party endorsement.
003 / Challenge
The Problem
A solo practice needed a digital presence that could do four jobs at once. Portfolio, authority platform, professional proof, and client inquiry gateway. Without looking like it was trying too hard. The site had to communicate strategic depth to business owners who have been burned by agencies, while staying direct enough that a contractor or attorney would not bounce after three seconds.
004 / Approach
Strategic Direction
I emphasized clear service explanations, portfolio proof, and professional presentation. I designed the site architecture to support case studies, service descriptions, and portfolio projects within one cohesive editorial system.
005 / Implementation
How It Was Built
I built the site on Next.js with the App Router, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and a static-generation-first architecture, as a studio-style portfolio and authority website with a visual-first presentation system and an editorial layout language. It is also the working example of the same visual and technical approach carried through every other case study on this site.
